Patroclus was owner the Mycenea arena. He got deal with Achilles to fight in his arena for women and wine for every killed soldier.
Patroclus collaborated with blacktongues to take control over the city. Patroclus was angered by Jason 's enter to the second tournament because Docon was supposed to win it so he tried to poison Jason but didn't succeeded. At the final fight between Jason and Docon he tried to kill king Lycomedes but he failed as Lycomedes dodge him and Patroclus was killed by mace instead.
